Shipping Information

SHIPPING & HANDLING 

Shipping carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery for each order. 

International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout.

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days from when the order was placed. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify hello@stadiumlife.shop

All customers will receive tracking details via email upon dispatch, and are expected to monitor tracking progress for any delivery exceptions.
STADIUMLIFE is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier of the package. STADIUMLIFE will not replace any packages.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or refunds on items that are shipped, as we cannot guarantee that the product(s) haven’t been worn, washed or tampered with. You can contact customer service at hello@stadiumlife.shop if you have questions regarding an exchange.
